Tread carefully.

I ordered a 42" Panasonic plasma tv from them on 26th November........on 21st December I ended up having to ring them on an 0870 number (because they refused to acknowledge emails) to find out where my £1,000 tv was.

The guy said "oh, we haven't had them in stock for 8 weeks" which means they weren't in stock at the time I placed my order, even though their website failed to mention this.

It also didn't stop them debiting my credit card in full.

They are at the top of the primate chain where customer service is concerned.......calling them monkeys is an insult to monkeys.

Avoid like the plague.

I had the same situation with them a few years ago and haven't used them since.

Ordered something that was showing in stock. They took the money from my account. Item was never shipped to me however it was still showing as in stock on their website. They weren't quick with giving me my money back either even though they took it immediately. Completely useless.

I have avoided them ever since. Although they are cheap, quite often you can find other shops selling the same item for a similar price.
