CCA request to Ascent?

Hi, I have a payment arrangement with Ascent for a debt dating back to 2009, I make token payments. I am wondering if I should just keep up with the payments I am making, isn't really causing me much hassle or request the CCA in the hope that all these years later they can't find it and are unable to enforce the debt outstanding? Thanks
