House Title

When re-mortgaging i found my house has 2 titles. The second title is literally a tiny piece of land inbetween mine and next doors. Can these be made into one title? Seems to be an issue when re mortgaging.

    Yes it can. Shouldn't be an "issue" though (as long as everyone remembers there are two titles involved).
