Anyone with April mortgages?

HI,
does anyone have experience with April mortgages?
They say that they have no ERC and that the interest rate falls with the LTV.
Does anyone have real numbers?

    They only launched in November with very few brokers. 
    The chances of anyone dropping in that time and being on this site is very slim.

    4.99% is their current lowest rate (being a niche lender they are never going to be market leading), you can get cheaper elsewhere.
