I need to change my mortgage from BTL to Residential. What is the best way to contact them in regards to that and not having to wait 2 hours for an adviser? Thank you.

You could try a broker, but I am not sure you will save much time. You could probably fill a form out at your own leisure, have a 10-15 minute chat and then let them crack on with it.
