IMO there is no such accurate  number of size of anything in different brands.

Shoes or clothing, male or female, different fit from different shop. 

Thats why I never buy clothes or shoes online

UK to EU sizes aren't a perfect conversion - if your current ones are an EU 46 then I'd ignore the UK size and order whatever size the shop/site has that's equivalent to in a 46.

As an example the gym I go to has spin cleat shoes which are an EU 38.5 and an EU 39.0 - both marked as a UK 6.

My husband is an 11 and when I order his work boots I always double check they are a 46. He has some dewalt 12’s as they are a 46 and another pair which are size 11 (46)
