So this is like a pre-preaction letter?

There are tactics involved, if they are so sure they have a case then why send two letters saying what they are going to do instead of just doing it? Keep an eye out the an actual letter of clam, and if you get one respond asking for the information mentioned on Debt Camel.

What, exactly have they sent you @Sly72 ?I have Dyslexia which is a learning difficulty that primarily affects the skills involved in accurate and fluent word reading and spelling so some post may not make sense.0
