out of date chilled cookie dough

Options
My partner in his infinite wisdom bought some chilled cookie dough weeks ago.  Reminded me this morning about it.  We gloss over why he didn't cook it.  Any how,  looking at it, it went out of date on the 22nd of jan.
I have looked at the packet and it does not seem to contain egg.   Not sure if I should bin or cook it and hope for the best

If it is a BEST BEFORE date it will most likely be safe to use but may not be at its best, sniff test required.

As it is going to be cooked, personally I'd use it.

If the date was USE BY it goes in the food recycling or ordinary bin.

If it’s best before, as long as it’s not growing mould, I would use it
I don’t normally mind eating  some things past the  use by date -  my yoghurts tend to be a few days past the use by date and I’ve not poisoned myself yet.
This is nearly 2 weeks though, so I would probably bin it if it is use by instead.

All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.
