I’ve recently had solar panels fitted, I would like to know if it is working as it should, can anyone give me an idea of what I should expect. I have 6 panels facing south and five facing east with a 5.2kwh battery.

This is a pretty terrible time of year for solar PV. The sum isn't up for long, is at a low angle and more often than not it's cloudy. Can you tell us some more about your installation? We're a bit further south than Donny, but have generated 32.3kWh so far in Feb and 189kWh in Jan with 12 panels. Take a bit off for the 1 panel fewer and another bit off for them not all facing south, then add a bit for being in sunny Yorkshire and you'll have a rough idea.
Also I think your installer (if they were any good) should have provided you with a PVGIS estimate of generation based on your installation and location. This has monthly figures. Our January was about 20% up on the estimate (not quite making up for a dreadful December)4.7kWp (12 * Hyundai S395VG) facing more or less S + 3.6kW Growatt inverter + 6.5kWh Growatt battery.
