ONLINE PRIZE DRAW: TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY (“Prize Draw”)

 

Who can enter:

 

The Prize Draw is open to entrants who are: (a) resident in the UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man during the Prize Draw period and prize fulfilment period; (b) aged 18 years or over; and (c) not employees of the Promoter, or are an immediate family member of the same; and (d) not in any way or professionally connected with the Prize Draw.

 

Please note that entrants must have a UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man phone number and address in order to be eligible to win the Prize Draw. 

 

Opening/closing date & time:

 

• Prize Draw opens for entries online via the www.itv.com/win website (“Website”) on Friday 2 February 2024. 
• Prize Draw closes for entries online at 4.00pm on Friday 23 February 2024.  

 

Winner selection & contact: 

 

• The draw will take place within one (1) week of the closing date and time for all entries.
• Subject to eligibility and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions, the first entry drawn at random from all eligible entries will win the prize. 

 

How to enter & cost of entry:

 

• You may enter online by going to the Website and following the instructions; up to one (1) entry per phone number provided. There is no charge for entry but internet service provider’s fees may apply when accessing the internet.

 

Prize: 

 

There is one (1) prize of four (4) digital Merlin Thorpe Park Gold Annual Passes for the winner and up to three (3) companion(s) (“Thorpe Passes”) to get access Thorpe Park only. The Thorpe Passes are valid for twelve (12) months from the date of issue, however please note that blackout dates apply as follows: 31st March, 1st April, 5th and 6th May, 26th and 27th May, 25th and 26th August, 26th, 27th and 31st October, plus park closure days.

 

The Thorpe Passes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and cannot be exchange for cash alternative.
