I am after a little advice for anyone who has used Kensington Mortgages.
We have gone through the process and today been told they've instructed for valuation. How long does this usually take on a new build property?

Never easy to say. Depends on surveyor availability.
I did a Virgin Money application on Monday. The valuation has been booked today for Thursday 8th.I am a mortgage broker.
