Thanks v much for this. I never realised you could use coupons at the self services tills (doh!) do you just scan the barcode? where do you put the coupon when you're done?

Fantastic - works a treat!! tried Sainbury's but they rejected saying its for Internet purchases only but Tesco accepted it with no questions asked.

you just scan the cupon and there is a slot next to where you put the 5 pound or 10 pound notes in - just to the left and put it in there

you canuse any coupon at theses teill including club card ones - either extra points or money off etc

just used one at tescos at self scan
even better cos tesco 4 pack of the coke is reduced to £1.99 so get £2.49 off with the coupon...so extra 50p off ur shopping

I don't know about other asda's but i know in the asda that i work in you cant use vouchers in the self serve tills as people were scanning all sorts of vouchers, half of which weren't even for asda!
