    I'm pretty sure the general uptake on ISAs would be greatly boosted if more people knew that they were magical, even more so if somehow they involved unicorns and rainbows.

    There are plenty who've bought into ISAs being magical, judging by the number of newbie posters who ask if they'll receive a full year's interest at the change of tax year if paying into an ISA around this time of year - baffling why they'd think that would be the case, but every year they come along....
