Court issued charging order against my ex for child maintenance but unsure about registering

Sorry if this is the wrong thread. After 7 years I have a final charging order against my ex's house as no maintenance paid for 7 years. The Judge implied as a Court hearing (not money claim) in the family court it is agreed and therefore I think I can apply using an AN1 form for an agreed notice but the guiidance is very confusing on line. The other option is a unilateral notice (UN1) or a restriction which isn't as good. Any help appreciated. Thank you
