Hi, I know there are very few lenders offering this, but does anyone have any information on the kinds of rates involved
Also I've found Barclays. Are there any other lenders which come to mind ?

There are no specific rates. JBSP is simply a way of setting up the purchase, not a product.
Any decent broker can source lenders based on JBSP option and match them to the best rate options for you.I am a mortgage broker.
