I need a new hand mixer

The twin beater type, one of the "whisks" decided to fall apart on mine today.
I've got a Kenwood chef and a hand held Braun pureer thing (my Mum gave me), but I do use my hand mixer for all sorts when I don't want to get the "chef" out.
Can anyone shed light on any deals going at the moment or recommend one?

I have found that the inexpensive supermarket small appliances are good value for money, my elderly hand mixer was making a funny noise yesterday whilst I was whipping the cream for the trifle so I will be looking in Tesco or Asda this next week for a new one.0

I got mine in Asda...I think it was under a fiver, and it's as good as any of the more expensive ones I've owned in the past.

The Tesco Value hand mixer is £4.97 and is just as good as more expensive models.
Hope this helps
