Prescription reading glasses

 MSE have been recommending Glasses direct for years but my recent experience indicates they have lost the plot. I made my order and got confirmation. After a months wait, i rang and was told nmy glasses were ready and awaiting collection by royal mail. That was a lie as after 2 more weeks i phoned again to be told my frames were no longer stocked. I was asked to chooses another frame, but the only one i could see was £14 more. I wrote saying they should pay the difference in light of my appalling treatment. Heard nothing back still waiting.
