Luxpower hybrid adding battery

Hi all, I've just tried adding a 5th pylontech battery to my system, I balanced the batteries overnight, the plugged everything in and turned on, the lux server recognised the 5 batteries but refuses to charge or use them, also the inverter now doesn't seem to see the solar production, has anyone had this problem, I removed the new battery and went back to the initial setup but its the same, no solar no charging or discharging.
