Self Assessment Turnover Question

Hey all,
So filling out my self assessment. I have put NO for earning over 85k and cash basis. Now its says there is an error and I need to fill out the full form: Though my turnover is under 85k (11238.00) so am I missing something?
Also the info says 'It's the money due to you up to your end of the tax year, 5 April 2022 - whether or not you have actually been paid.'
However, I'm filling in a 2022/2023 tax return, so wouldn't the end of tax year be 5 April 2023?

Hi Ferro. I just realised I put the wrong date in the question that asks if my self employment started after 2022. I have cleared this and seems to be ok now
Will leave the thread in case anyone else has this issue.
