Anyone else not reimbursed by Talking Point Research/Central Fieldwork?

I participated in a market research session for Central Fieldwork on December 11th last year, having been invited by Talking Point Research. I was told that I would received reimbursement within 14 working days (i.e. by January 3rd). Having not heard anything by January 10th I asked Talking Point when they expected it to be paid. In their response, they said; "Either my client or their client are paying incentives so I don’t know when this will be".

Last Monday (Jan 15th) I got a message from them, to say that: "Central Fieldwork have processed payment last Friday, arriving in bank accounts between today and Wednesday (Jan 17th).  If you haven’t received it later in the week, please let me know".

Having not received anything by the Friday (19th) I let her know. I then let her know again earlier this week. I've had no response at all. It's now 29 days since the session.

Has anyone else had problems being reimbursed by Talking Point Research or Central Fieldwork?
