Mortgages on DMP

Anyone any advice or experience of mortgages when on a DMP

we have a mortgage with nationwide who we bank with and it’s fixed for another 3.5 yr … is it easy to renew with your existing lender when on a DMP ? We will only have 10 year left so happy to stay with them ?  Is it standard deals or crazy high Interest rates

thanks

With most lenders you can switch to a new deal without a credit check. I have four defaults on my credit report and I switched to a new deal with Santander with no problems at all. All I had to do was log on to my internet banking and choose the new deal, they were all the standard ones they had on offer. It took a couple of minutes and that was it.
