Mortgage hell

We moved home last year meaning we ported our mortgage. We therefore have 2 mortgage payments, one being the original and the second being the extra money we lent. The fixed term is coming up, the first being April and the second being July. My question is can I remortgage the first part with one lender then remortgage the second part in July with a different lender?

No.
You either need to move it all or none.
You can do a product transfer with your current lender and switch to a new deal. At some point you might be able to marry the 2 up to have the same end date but it might take a a couple of years. Otherwise you will have to pay an ERC to switch it all to a new lender or alternatively let part of it sit on the SVR until the other part is up.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
