I try to use PHPL yesterday and it came up that I had already used it 4 times and had exceeded the amount of times I could use it.....BUT I have only used it once on 26th Dec. I have vouchers from Debenhams stating £5 off in store or 20% off on debenhams.com online from 26-30th dec. I was given these when shopping in the store prior to Christmas and after spending £40.
I am a gold card holder and use the website many times - I think this problem has arisen as they are using the same codes for every promotion going over the whole year ...so therefore should not put a caviet on how many times can be used.......I have emailed them...I lost the chance to use the voucher yestrday as their customer services was closed. Just wondered if anyone else had this problem.

My Wife ordered Duvet to get the 20% Discount code, and free delivery like yourself she is a Gold Card user, the confirmation E. Mail of Order that all was OK, then another E.Mail stating Cancelled, Phoned Dedicated Gold Customer Service Number 0844 800 1086, hled on for a while got a nice girl Linda, and she put it through at the Discounted Price.

Hang in there, you may as well get your 20% Diso!!!! & Free Delivery.
