1. By entering into this free prize draw competition, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. All entry instructions form part of these Terms and Conditions.
2. This competition is open to all UK residents, except for employees of Quidco, their families, agencies or any other company directly connected with the administration of this promotion.
3. The competition starts at 00:00:00 (GMT) on 16/01/2024 and will run until 23:59:59 (GMT) on 23/01/2024. Entries made after this time will not be accepted.
4. All entries must be received by 23:59:59 (GMT) on 23/01/2024 to be eligible for the free prize draw.
5. All entries must be made directly by the person entering the competition.
6. Any entries that are incomplete, illegible or do not arrive within the specified time frame will not be accepted and the decision of Quidco will be final.
7. Participants may attempt the game as many times as they wish. Each qualifying participant will be entered only once into the daily prize draw.
8. There are 14 prizes to be won, these are broken down below all of which will be will be added to the winners Quidco account. The winners will be selected at random from all participants who have submitted a score to the game leaderboard between 00:00:00 16/01/2024 and 23:59:59 23/01/2024.
9. Seaside sprint - 1x £2,000, 1x £1,000, 2x £500, 10x £100 to 14 prize draw winners.
10. The prizes are as stated, are not transferable to another individual and no cash will be offered.
11. The decision of Quidco regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
12. The winners will be contacted via their Quidco account details. Should there be no response to this email within 48 hours or should the email be returned as undeliverable for any reason, including but not limited to an invalid email address, Quidco reserves the right to disqualify that entry and select an alternative winner.
13. Further details may be required before payment is made. Quidco will not accept responsibility if the contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate.
14. Please allow up to 14 days for delivery of the prize into your Quidco account.
15. By entering this promotion you give permission for Quidco to post your first name and last name on our website and social media outlets should you win the prize draw.
16. By entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win.
17. The winners will be drawn at random from the pool of eligible entrants.
18. Quidco reserves the right to vary, cancel or modify the competition and/or the terms and conditions at any time and for whatever reason and/or amend or withdraw the competition (and/or any related prizes) in whole or in part at any time due to unforeseen circumstances.
19. Quidco is also entitled to vary the prize(s) if, due to unforeseen circumstances it becomes impossible to provide the prizes as described or in its opinion, it would be inappropriate in any way. In that event, a prize of equal or greater value will be offered.
20. Quidco at its sole discretion and at any time has the right to remove a participant from the Competition if it has reasonable cause to believe that the participant has acted or is acting fraudulently, illegally or in an unauthorised manner.

24. The information given in these terms and conditions is correct, however Quidco reserves the right to change any without prior notice.

Quidco does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by any entrant as a result of either participating in the prize draw or being selected for a prize, save that Quidco does not exclude its liability for death or personal injury as a result of its own negligence.
26. Quidco does not provide any form of practical or IT support for this prize. Upon receipt, all responsibilities relating to the prize are that of the prize winner.
27. Uses of personal data received by Quidco in the course of the promotion are subject to Quidco’s GDPR-compliant data protection policy as of 25th May 2018.
28. Quidco holds a list of account holders eligible for this promotion. Ineligible account holders will not receive communications regarding the promotion from Quidco.
29. Quidco reserves the right to remove any account holders from the promotion that they feel may breach any of these terms and conditions or may bring the participant or the promotion into disrepute. This includes purchases that may be fraudulent or otherwise contrary to the spirit of the promotion.
30. The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
