*Enter the competition by inputting name and email address on Boots.com or boots.ie between 17th January 2024 to 13th February 2024 and be in with the chance to win a trip for 4 to New York, provided by Cloud Nine Incentives Ltd.  All customers who click “Enter” will be automatically entered into the draw. You must be aged 21 and a resident in the UK or Republic of Ireland . Employees and the immediate family of Boots UK Limited, Boots Retail (Ireland), their agents, or anyone professionally connected with this prize are ineligible to enter.

Unless otherwise stated the prize offered is for 4 people travelling together, all of whom must be aged 21 or over. Each person participating in this prize will be referred to in these terms as a “Participant” and together the “Participants”. Each Participant must hold a valid passport (which must be valid for at least 6 months at the time of travel)  and any necessary visas or permits required for entry into the country of destination. Obtaining passports and any necessary visas or permits, together with any costs associated therewith, is the responsibility of the Participants.

The Prize

The prize includes:

·       Return economy flights from London, Belfast or Dublin to New York

·       3 nights' accommodation,  (all 4 Participants to share a standard room)

·       A one way limousine transfer; from New York airport  to the hotel (winner is responsible for transfer back to same New York airport at end of trip)

·       A shopping spree - £300 allowance (total for all Participants). For Irish travellers, this will be converted into the Euro equivalent

·       Drinks and brunch at the Ophelia Lounge

·       Comprehensive travel insurance (excluding pre-existing medical conditions)

Flights are in economy class unless otherwise stated. Flights departing from Belfast may be in-direct. Pre-booked seats together may incur an additional charge depending on the airline. Any such charge will be the responsibility of the Participants. All travel must be completed within the time-frame stated in these terms. All dates and locations are subject to availability.

The prize is valid until 31st January 2025. Travel is not permitted over the months of July and August, Christmas and New Year (24th December 2024 – 1st January 2025), Easter (29 March - 01 April 2024), public holidays in the USA, Republic of Ireland   and UK, trade fairs or local special events (i.e. sporting events). Travel must be completed by 31st January 2025. Extensions to the validity of the prize will not be allowed unless first authorised by Cloud Nine.

Entrants must click “Enter” to be eligible to enter. Only one entry per person. No bulk or 3rd party entries accepted. Anyone entering more than once including but not limited to; using multiple handsets, multiple identities or computerised (automated) system will be disqualified from the prize draw. By entering the prize draw you agree to be bound by its terms and conditions. To enter the competition, input name and email address on Boots.com or boots.ie. No purchase necessary. Responsibility will not be accepted for the loss, delay or corruption of any data in transit, or in the incomplete nature of any entries to the prize draw.

A Boots employee will randomly select the winner using a computer-generated method after 14th February. The winners will be notified on the 16th February via email and must respond by 23rd February. The prize draw will be conducted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. If an entry is drawn that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions, it shall be disqualified and shall not be awarded a prize. The Promoter reserves the right to select a new winner in the same manner. This process will be followed until an eligible and responsive prize winner is selected.

The winners will be contacted by a representative at Cloud Nine. Please make sure your email address is on your boots.com account. Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these rules and to agree to be bound by them. The judge’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into. The promoter of the prize draw is Boots UK Limited, 1 Thane Road, Nottingham NG90 1BS for UK entrants, and Boots Retail (Ireland) ltd, 2nd Floor 5 Riverwalk, Citywest Business Campus, Citywest Dublin 24,  [fill in registered address) for ROI entrants. The promoter will, on request, make available details of winner (surname and county of residence).
