By entering the competition, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility

1. To enter this promotion, you must be a resident of the UK and be aged 18 or over at the time of entry.
2. Employees or agents (or their family members) of Foxtons Limited (or any Foxtons Group plc company) (“Foxtons”) are excluded from eligibility.
3. The winner must have a valid full UK driving licence which allows them to drive the Prize in the UK and also provide proof that they have insurance to allow the Prize to be driven within the UK prior to collection.
4. The winner is responsible to arrange road tax for the Prize and must be in place prior to the collection.
5. The winner must be able to prove that they are a resident of the UK.

How to enter

1. The competition will start at 00:01 GMT on 2 January 2024.
2. Entries will only be accepted online via www.foxtons.co.uk/winamini. Participants must provide their name and email address to be entered into the prize draw. No other method of entry is permitted.
3. Entries will be accepted until 23:59 GMT on 31 January 2024 and are limited to one entry per individual. Entries after this date will not be accepted. Multiple entries will not be accepted.
4. Foxtons accepts no liability for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or cannot be delivered for any technical reason.
5. No payment or purchase is necessary to enter this promotion. A valid email and internet access is required.

Winner selection and prize redemption

1. The winning entry will be selected at random. The winner will be notified to the email address provided on entry of the competition within 14 days of the winner being selected. The winner must claim the Prize and confirm eligibility within 14 days of being notified of the win by return of email. Foxtons reserve the right to disqualify the winner and award the Prize to the next eligible entrant to be selected as above.
2. Reasonable efforts will be made by Foxtons to make contact with the winner over a period of 14 days. If it has not been possible to contact the winner in that time, the Prize will be forfeited and awarded to the next eligible entrant.
3. Foxtons will endeavour to notify the winner of date for collection of the Prize as soon as possible.

Publicity and use of personal information

1. The winner of this promotion will be asked to participate in publicity and be required to be pictured and featured in social media posts from Foxtons about the Prize.
2. By entering the competition, you agree that Foxtons may contact you for the purpose of taking part in reasonable additional post-competition publicity.
3. We will use your personal information only in accordance with these terms and conditions and our Foxtons Terms & Conditions & Privacy Policy.
4. The winner will be published at www.foxtons.co.uk/winamini for 30 days after the closing date.

Other terms

1. Only one Prize will be available and only one winner will be selected. There is no entry fee, and no purchase is necessary.
2. The Prize will only be available for collection from Foxtons head office, located at Building One, Chiswick Park, 566 Chiswick High Road, London, W4 5BE.
3. The running costs, maintenance, services and other costs associated with the Prize are the responsibility of the winner from the date of ownership. The winner will be notified of the transfer of ownership of the Prize in writing and Foxtons will endeavour to register the Prize before 1 March 2024.
4. The prize may be subject to additional terms and conditions imposed by Foxtons or other organisations connected to this promotion.
5. Prizes are subject to availability, are non-transferable and non-exchangeable. The Prize cannot be exchanged for any monetary value or other form of payment.
6. Foxtons reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value, at its sole discretion.
7. Foxtons reserves the right to confirm the eligibility of the entrants and withhold the Prize until the eligibility requirement in these terms has been fulfilled.
8. While nothing in these terms and conditions will limit Foxtons liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, Foxtons will not be legally responsible to entrants or winners for any losses to you at the time of entry to this promotion or which are caused by a third party.
9. The Prize will be delivered without a Foxtons branded livery and must not have a replica livery placed on the Prize at any point.
10. The laws of England and Wales apply to these terms and conditions and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
