if you've only got sale items in your basket it wont show up. Just add full price itms in your basket before signing in and should work.

that was what i had done, just wanted two things from new book but the option was not there on sign in page.

another way that's worked for me in the past is sign in wrongly to begin with, then when it asks to sign in again, it usually brings up the promotional code option up.;)

i have just brought a pair of leggings in the sale and free code worked for me. Maybe they are allowing it on sale items now aswell
