I wanna buy Liverpool Match Tickets

My son is desperate to watch Liverpool for his birthday treat in March. What is the best way to get hold of tickets for either home or away matches (in the south of England) around that time?

I've looked on their website for recent games and season ticket holders appear to get priority, as do supporters with tickets stubs from previous matches. Is there any chance an occasional supporter can get to watch Liverpool?

I've told my son they'll be plenty of tickets available for the Inter match away but I think that's a little out of my price range!

Thanks for any ticket tips.
Smile and be happy, things can usually get worse!

    Lots of info here

    In order of least hassle:

    1) Postal applications: there is nothing to stop you making more than 1 postal (for example one in your name and one in someone else's)

    2) Call the late availability line on 0844 844 0844 starting 3 days before the match.Call regularly every day.

    3) Call the credit card line on the first day of sale. Start calling at 8.30am or you'll stand little chance. Be prepared to wait a long time in a queue and have a hefty phone bill at the end of it.

On March 29th it's the local derby so tickets will not be on sale to those who have attended nominated previous fixtures.

If you care to send me a PM I may be able to help you out.
