How to start the path to being debt free

Hey everyone,
I am looking to start my journey to being debt free, unfortunately I have accumulated a large amount of debt through college (that I didnt finish) and some credit card loans.
This year I am looking to cut down on spending and focus on paying off all my debt. This is not something I have really done before and was hoping to get some advice from the experts. What are some ways I can start this path while making struggling to pay my bills.
