Lost the name and number of the fa who did my equity release...the firm has gone into liquidation recently...any ideas how I could locate him?

It might be on your mortgage offer.
If you have any emails you could try to find the firms name and see if you can find his name in the email ie [Removed by Forum Team] - search for the firm and it might give you the brokers name.
