Who says that clean eating and the Mediterranean Diet have to be separated ? There are certainly people combining the Mediterranean Diet with (a) Keto or (b) WW (Weight Watchers).

As reported by The Guardian, The Mirror and BBC, Hairy Biker Dave Myers has just died, from cancer, aged 66. One of the most enjoyable shows from the Hairy Bikers, was their Mediterranean Adventure. I'm sure that Dave Myers will be missed by many people.
