Overpayment Limits after switching to a new deal

Hey all, I have a quick question.
I'm looking to overpay the full 10% on my Halifax mortgage early this year. This overpayment window usually runs 1st Jan to 31st Dec every year.
Later in the year, I'll be switching to a new deal, and I'm interested to know if this will reset the annual overpayment allowance. Will I be able to pay another 10%?
I'd appreciate any information as to whether this is the case.
Thanks in advance.

never allowed me over the 10% even when changed deals unles new mortgageDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0

If you do not do an immediate product transfer, you can do an extra overpayment in the gap before you then do a product transfer.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
