CCA Request

Hi Everybody,
It is a new year and I feel I need to get myself sorted so I am back on my journey to becoming debt free.
Could I ask some advice as I know you are all very knowledgable people.
I sent MBNA a CCA Request letter last month.
Today they have sent me all the statements plus a print out of what looks like a data base of my information ie name, address, dob, bank details, account number.
I was expecting a copy of the original form that was filled in and signed by myself.
Should I have received this or is what I have received the correct documentation that they legally have to send to me when sending a CCA Request.
Thank you so much for your help. I have looked through the forum and cannot see any information that clarifies what I should have received.
Take care

It looks like it was a credit card and they should not be misleading you into thinking they have complied with the request, because they haven't.

When it arrived I thought it was wrong as I was expecting something different, but then I was thinking that I did not really know what to expect.
To me it is just a print out of the information that is held on their system.
