FIT rate from April 2024

RPI rate for December has just been released at 5.2% so by my calculations it gives a new FIT rate as below:

Generation rate was 68.3p so now 71.85p per kWh generated

Export rate was 4.82p so now 5.07p per kWh exported

This is for pre 2012, if you have later installations you'll need to multiple your current rate by 5.2% to get the new values.

That's probably correct for me (2011 installation)  but more recent joiners will have a different figure.

Except you can't see latest because the 2024 rates have not been published yet. This post was to give a heads up for anyone for the new April rates before Ofgem give their numbers next month
