Buy to let or cash

What’s peoples thought we own a couple of houses and have cash to buy another would people pay cash for a house or buy to let

    Depend# on what other assets you have. I would not want to hold large amounts in cash but neither would I want everything tied up in property. How are you covered for pensions?

    well with a mortgage you get tax refunds, cash you don you just pay tax
    Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.
