Hello
I am in processing of buying house .Mortgage approved for interest rate at 5.03 no fee 2 year fix 75 percent LTV from Halifax. However the rates have gone down with halifax 4.63 is available.2 year fix My question is can i switch to new rate if so how to do it

If broker, ask broker to do it. If direct, ask Halifax to do it.I am a mortgage broker.
