Insurance After Drink Driving

To start with I’ve never driven but my 47 year old nephew was found over the limit. A one year ban and no points

He’s asked me to look about for some insurance company that will insure but the ones I’ve looked at don’t want to touch here in the North, as he is unmarried and lives alone he can’t be added to an  insurance. 

Anyone know of a company that will deal with a drink driver here in the North
