Fidelity SIPP charges

Not sure what is going on here.
Opened this SIPP at the end of Nov with £50. Set up a savings plan for £50 per month, first date was planned for middle of Jan, so edited it a few weeks later to move payment date to start of February.
Meanwhile I added £50 manually at the start of Dec & Jan and bought funds each time.
Been hit with £17.50 in charges, so much for the 0.35% charges.

Fidelity SIPP charges are detailed here: https://www.fidelity.co.uk/services/sipp/fees-and-charges/
Since you are adding funds manually I guess this means you don't have a regular savings plan in place, at least not until February. From their website it looks like you're paying the £7.50 a month charge for this.2
