BOOFLE VALENTINE’S DAY - PRIZE DRAW TERMS AND CONDITIONS1 The prize draw is open to all residents of England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw.2 Only one entry per person is permitted.3 The prize draw will run in all Tesco stores in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland where Boofle products are available, is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.4 All entries must be submitted via https://www.boofle.co.uk/competition by completing the form on that website5 The opening and closing dates for competition will be as follows:VALENTINE’S DAY 2024Entry Date: 0:01 on 27th December 2023Closing Date: 23:59 on 14th February 2024Entries received after the times listed above will not be valid.6 Incomplete, illegal, misdirected, or late entries will not be accepted. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.7 One winner for the Valentine’s Day competition will be chosen by random draw performed by a computer from all valid entries to each competition on the following dates:7.1 VALENTINE’S DAY: 23rd February 2024.8 There will be one winner who will receive £1,500 (one thousand five hundred pounds sterling)9 The winner will be notified by email (using details provided at entry) on the following dates:VALENTINE’S DAY: 30th February 2024.17

10 Winners must provide a postal address to claim their prize to demonstrate country of residence per criteria detailed in clause 1. If a winner does notrespond to the Promoter within 7 days of being notified by the Promoter, then the winner's prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above. The winner will be required to provide their bank details to the Promoter in order to receive their prize.11 The prize will be sent to the winner by bank transfer within 28 days of being notified of their win.12 The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable and non-transferable and no alternative is offered.13 The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.14 The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of the winner and, if applicable copies of their winning entries, to anyone who emailstescoukcustomerops@ukgreetings.co.uk or writes to UK Greetings LTD, Mill Street East, Dewsbury, WF12 9AW (enclosing a self-addressed envelope)within one month after the closing date stated in condition 4. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact the Promoter within 7 days of winning, James.McIntosh@ukgreetings.co.uk. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the AdvertisingStandards Authority on request.15 Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms andconditions.16 The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.17 The Promoter will not be held liable for any delays to prize delivery arising from circumstances outside of the Promoter’s control including, but not limited to, Acts of God, adverse weather conditions, collective action including strike action and pandemic. If circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control limit its ability to fulfil its obligations, it will endeavour to do so as soon as reasonablypossible.18 No third party or bulk entries. If it becomes apparent that either a participantor household is using any means to circumvent this condition such as, and without limitation, multiple accounts, multiple reproduced or computergenerated entries, fraudulently falsifying data, in the opinion of the promoter or otherwise acting in violation of these terms, these participants will bedisqualified and any prize entitlement will be void.19 Where we suspect that an individual has breached these T&Cs we reserve the right to verify the winner and ask for proof of identity, age and address and that they are the registered user associated with the winning notification.14
