Help to Buy Complaint - No progress

I'm not sure if this is the right category.
We were one of the unlucky ones who remortgaged just as the Help to Buy service moved from Target to Lenvi, when their phones stopped working and they couldn't get emails across. We raised a complaint with Help to Buy once we finally completed, had an initial response with updates every few weeks. Then after the 8 week initial period, they said they weren't in a position to resolve the complaint (this was end of September), since then we have had nothing, I have called only to be informed the Complaints line isn't taking calls and emailed, again only to be told there is no update.
What options do I actually have here? All I am claiming is for the money back that we incurred in interest due to them not answering the phone or replying to emails, which meant we missed 2 completion dates.

Try Homes England which dishes out this contract to the lowest bidder every few years and completely screws the borrowers.I am a mortgage broker. Issue a court claim against them.
Lodge a complaint to their regulator? FOS?0 -
What are you looking for? Compensation? Were you out of pocket? If so you could do a small court claim / money claim online.I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards. Thanks all, yes we were out of pocket by ~£750. I looked into Small Claims Court and said to them I was looking to take things further, funnily enough yesterday I got a call to say it was progressing to "Redress approval" and should hear back next week.0
