How do you accurately convert monthly pay to weekly? Thank you

Multiply it by 12 then divide by 52?

If it’s a specific month, divide by number of days in month, multiply by 7. For an average month, multiply by 12, divide by 365 (or 366 for this year), multiply by 7

for an average month  ( i.e. you are paid 1/ 12  of your basic  wage  each month  0 multiply  by 12 and divide by 52.14    ( compare  that to headline annual salary  divided by 52.14 to sense check and make sure they aren;t  manipulating by rounding 'error')
