Tesco; re clubcard points when completing their online survey from a receipt

I checked my Clubcard account and found that I had not been credited with the 25 points for completing one of their online surveys back on 8th December 2023. I contacted them on their WhatsApp (0800 917 7403) and just received this reply:

Please be aware that because the Clubcard Points relating to Tesco Survey are collected and activated by a Third-party they can take up to 3 months to appear on your Account.

just keep a note of missing points- and don't let it rest.
I have to say I wouldn't have expected the points to be awarded just yet- hopefully within 6 weeks- but you have to remember there was Christmas & NY with office closures.Being polite and pleasant doesn't cost anything!
