Nationwide rates

Good morning.
just wondering if anyone knows/has heads up on nationwide reducing rates
fixed rate ends very soon and looks like I can only stay with nationwide due to affordability.
currently 4.6% but can change this if a better rate pops up. But noticed a few of the other big players have started reducing rates by a fair bit.
fingers crossed nationwide make a cut soon.

So just wondering if anyone knows of anything?
Thanks

I’m in the same boat! I have to fix by 24th Jan. They are normally quick at responding to other drops this one has been particularly slow and I am constantly refreshing the pages and news!1

Have you spoken to a broker, or are you making an assumption? Personally I would speak to a broker and see what options you have.Moneysavernov said:Good morning.

With regard to Nationwide, anyone posting on here would be pure speculation, no one with sight of Nationwide's future lending plans would be posting that information on here.1 -

Looks like it's happening tomorrow. MSE forums aren't letting me post a link, but various news outlets are reporting that rates will be cut significantly
