  • Nope, I guess they forgot to switch on normal search again after the search bills campaign is over. Guess they'll fix it once the sun has risen in California and SB folk is back at work  B)

    So, 4pm GMT then...
  • Don't the clocks change this week in the US? It might be 5pm in that case.

(Not that it should matter, this is a tiny snippet of code in a website that could be automated) - I actually think the more likely reason is it saves them money by "forgetting" to change it. Hundreds, if not thousands of people not getting search wins for one day probably saves them $$$$ in the scheme of things.

If their clocks go forward, their 8am would become our 3pm.  *Checks World Clock* Yes, it is now 9:38 am for them.

The next daily trivia live thingy is on at 11pm tonight not 1am so it seems it may be the other way round?

When their clocks go forward, it is the equivalent of our clocks going backward.  So where we had their 8am equal to our 4pm, it changes to their 9am being equal to our 4pm, or their 8am being equal to our 3pm.  So things which were 12 midnight here become 11pm not 1am.  It will all settle down again when our clocks go forward on 31st March.
In the meantime, the "Swagbucks Day" starts at 7am for us rather than 8am.  I overlooked this when I posted the Swago reminder yesterday, but hopefully nobody would have left it until just before 8am to submit their Swago!
  • Forward/back, same difference I just meant the clocks change in general. :)

  • Careful with the a Bolt survey today about fashion designed to look like a chatbot, just spent a good 30 minutes on it only to have it completely freeze on me at 90%. Of course it's my own stupid fault, but you do get so far in a survey and let your guard down thinking they just might do the honourable thing for once.
