Hi.
I have 2.5 years to go on my mortgage which is interest only and stands at around £31000. I'm currently paying just south of £200 pcm, not on a fixed deal, just paying based on interest rate. Should I be looking for a fixed rate deal at this stage? Will I be able to get one?
Any advice appreciated!

Meant to add that I'd be looking to reduce my interest only payments, not take out a repayment mortgage.0

Opt for a 2 year fix. Going to be cheaper than the SVR.0

What's the plan to pay it off?0

I have savings in an Aviva plan. I’d use them to pay it off now but I’m renting it out so keeping my tax liability down figures in 5he equation.penners324 said:What's the plan to pay it off?I guess speaking to my lender (TSB) would be a good place to start?0 -
If you check your account online are there any options to switch to a fixed rate?0
