11/01 - Broker advised Accord portal is showing all documents as satisfied and waiting on valuation17/01 - Valuation is booked for this dateReally hoping for an offer end of this week after the valuation tomorrow - Assuming Accord have no questions as documents show as satisfied but guess I will have to see once the whole package post valuation goes for final underwritingFingers crossed

annetheman said:Hi everyone, my mortgage broker is going to submit my first application (DiP) to Accord tomorrow - I thought I'd look into what their timelines are like and so glad I found this thread!
It's an awkward time of year to apply because in March I get my pay review and bonus, so ideal would be a month or two from now, but the house won't wait! I hope they accept pay review letters from employers... If I even get that far.
I'll be peeking in here often!
Happy to read a few people have had such speedy applications with Accord recently, I know I'll be on pins the whole time waiting for offer!0 -
I went with Accord, it was just over a year ago so perhaps not entirely relevant now, but they were really on the ball and I think I had an offer in a week or less. The opposite to my buyer who went with Natwest and it took about 5 weeks.
