The money was sent yesterday 12:34 will it go in on weekend or only working day counted? 3-5 days it takes to hit account apparently??

Sounds like a BACS payment - (I take it you are waiting for the drawdown of funds into your account?) if so no they will not show on a non business day.
Yesterday was Thursday - I would expect the funds to turn up on Monday.1 -
