THIS MORNING’S ‘SPIN TO WIN’ PRIZE DRAW: TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY 
 
Who can enter and entry requirements:
 
The This Morning’s ‘Spin to Win’ Prize Draw (“Prize Draw”) in relation to the This Morning programme (“Programme”) is open to entrants who, at the date of entry, are: (a) resident in the UK, Channel Islands and Isle of Man; (b)aged 18 years or over; (c) not employees of the Promoter, STV Group PLC or are an immediate family member of the same; and (d) not in any way or professionally connected with the Prize Draw.
 
Opening/closing date & time:
 
The Prize Draw may be made available on multiple occasions from Monday to Friday at the discretion of the Promoter (“Spin to Win Period”). In each case, the Prize Draw will be in relation to an episode of the Programme. 
 
The Prize Draw opens and closes for entries on the date(s) and at the time(s) as advertised in the Programme, on the Programme app (the “App”) and online via the www.itv.com/win or www.stv.tv/win websites (“Website”).
 
Each subsequent Prize Draw will open and close for entries on the date(s) and at the time(s) advertised in the Programme, on the App and via the Website (the “Competition Dates”). 
 
You must complete your entry before the closing date and time of the Prize Draw. If you are part way through your entry when the Prize Draw closes you will not be able to complete your entry and you will not have entered the Prize Draw.
 
How to enter: 
 
The Prize Draw has two stages:
 
Stage 1: You may enter the Prize Draw by going on the App or the Website and following the instructions. When submitting your entry, you will be shown a specific passphrase (the “Phrase”). 
 
Stage 2: If you are drawn at random from Stage 1 of the Prize Draw, you will be called live on air between 10am - 12.30pm during the Programme. You must answer your phone within a reasonable number of rings (as determined by the Promoter) and state the Phrase. Please note that nobody else should answer the phone and state the Phrase on your behalf. If you fail to state the Phrase correctly, the Promoter may, in its sole discretion, move onto another entrant. If you state the Phrase, you will be offered the choice to have the presenters and/or guest on the Programme spin a wheel, and you will win the prize that the ticker on the wheel lands on (“Spin to Win”). Taking into account the personal circumstances of the entrant the Promoter may allow the wheel to be spun again at its discretion. After spinning the wheel, the Programme presenters will ask you a question (“Question”). If you correctly answer the Question, you will win a mystery bonus prize (the Programme presenters may prompt you at their own discretion). 
 
By entering the Prize Draw, you confirm the following:
  • You are 18 years or over and are a UK Resident;
  • You do not work for and are not related to anyone who works for ITV or STV;
  • You have read and accept these This Morning’s ‘Spin to Win’ terms and conditions;
  • You have read and accept the ITV General Competition, Vote and Poll Terms; 
  • You consent to be phoned live on air and for  your name and general location to be announced on TV, and you understand that you will need to give the Phrase when you answer the phone in order to participate in Spin to Win. This is in addition to the Promoter’s rights under clause 9.5 of the General Terms; and
  • You will be contactable between 10am - 12.30pm on the relevant Competition Date. 
 
Winner selection & contact:
 
Stage 1 of each Prize Draw, will take place shortly after the Prize Draw closes.
 
Subject to eligibility and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions, the first entry drawn at random from all eligible entries will be passed to Stage 2 of the Prize Draw and called on air on the Programme between 10am - 12.30pm on the relevant Prize Draw Date on the phone number provided to ITV. Entrants must be contactable during these times to be eligible to win the prize. If the entrant does not answer the phone within a reasonable number of rings or the entrant’s phone goes directly to voicemail, the entrant will be deemed to have forfeited their chance to participate in Spin to Win (“Unanswered Call(s)”) and the Promoter will move onto the next eligible entrant from Stage 1 of the Prize Draw and thereafter until an entrant is found.
 
The winner will be contacted in accordance with these terms and conditions and with Clause 5.2 of ITV’s General Competition, Prize Draw, Vote and Poll Terms. 
 
When called on air during the Programme, the entrant must say the Phrase to be eligible to participate in Spin to Win. Please note that nobody else should answer the phone and say the Phrase on behalf of the entrant. Failure to state the Phrase correctly may result in forfeiture of the ability to participate in Spin to Win and the Promoter may move onto another entrant (“Forfeiture(s)”). In the event that someone else answer the phone and say the Phrase on behalf of the entrant, this may result in forfeiture of the prize. 
 
The Promoter will call up to a maximum of five (5) entrants in total for each Prize Draw (“Calls”). If the Calls result in Unanswered Calls or Forfeitures, the presenters and/or guest on the Programme may, at the Promoter’s discretion, spin the wheel. The prize that the ticker on the wheel lands on will be rolled over and added to the prize won by the winning entrant on the following day of Spin to Win.
 
Please note that in certain circumstances, the Promoter may at its sole discretion void any Prize Draw.
 
Cost of entry:
 
Entry to the Prize Draw is free. Data charges may apply (check with your internet service provider of mobile network). 
 
 
Maximum number of entries: 
 
One (1) entry per phone number per Prize Draw. 
 
 
Prize: 
 
There will be a selection of prizes available on the wheel. The prizes available during each Spin to Win for each Prize Draw will be determined by the Promoter in its sole discretion. Across the Spin to Win Period, entrants may have the chance to win various cash prizes (“Cash Prizes”) of various amounts as indicated on the wheel. 
 
Once a Cash Prize is won by an entrant, it may be replaced on the wheel by a prize of a lesser value.
 
Each Cash Prize will be made payable by BACS in the name of the winner only. 
 
Mystery bonus prizes will be determined at the Promoter’s sole discretion and may be different for each Prize Draw.
