  • thx tigerfeet2006,

But what exactly does come under non-provable debts? Coz when she was in business in 2006 she has a fine from trading standards (which she still has not paid) and also she has other bills such as gas, electric etc again which she has not paid. She has also received letters of 'litigation' what exactly does this mean?

her local CAB is opening tommorow, at last, so she will go and try to get an appointment. But if anyone has any advice on these non provable debts then that would be appreciated.

By the sounds of it things might be complicated. My best advice would be get her to ring Business Debtline tomorrow. They won't charge for the advice and you get to speak to someone who is experianced right then.
