CC Debt not showing on Credit Report - DMP

My Husband started DMP last year with CC debts with 5 companies
I have logged in today to check where credit reports are up to - MSE Credit Club and Clearscore. One of the CC debts (Lloyds - opened 2016) is showing in default but the balance not included in total on Clearscore, and isn't showing at all on MSE Credit Club.
So I have the debt total should be circa £33,600 but showing on both above as £25,255
What would be the reason for this?

I’m in the same situation with Barclaycard, the advice I have been given on here is that the debt purchaser, PRA in my case, will open a new account for the debt which will show the balance again on my credit file. Mine defaulted in September, the account changed from showing the balance to closed and £0 but nothing since…0

Ahh ok, I think I was secretly hoping and praying it may have been closed / WO as it is so old.
Wishful thinking!
Potentially will show again soon then, I'll keep the balance we're working with at the higher value then.0
